Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase with Gullah Geechee Candle Co.  At the Gullah Geechee Candle Co., our candles are handpoured in small batches and all our products are inspected before they are shipped. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging, and purchased within 14 days. 

Please contact us at info@ggcandleco.com to begin the return process.  The buyer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs on all return items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If the buyer receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Damages

In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused item(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@ggcandleco.com for further details.

Exchanges/Sale Items

Currently, we do not accept exchanges.  Also, sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

We will email to notify you once the return has been received and inspected.  A credit will then be issued to your original payment method.  As a gentle reminder, it may take some time for the financial institutions to process and apply the refund on their end.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While Gullah Geechee Candle Co. uses the most trustworthy carriers, we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages.  We recommend contacting the carrier to inquire on the status of your package.  If the carrier is unable to help, contact us at info@ggcandleco.com to see how we may help resolve the issue.
